Courtyard Miami Downtown Brickell Area Hotel

Nice hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me exchange money on my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

This hotel offers spotless and new-fashioned rooms with a free continental breakfast, good housekeeping, air conditioner equipment. The location is very central. For lunch or dinner go to Camila's Restaurants, located not too far from the property.

Our double room was equipped with balcony and work desk with enough plugs, as for instance. The location was best possible, close to a port.

All of the staff were so nice, very helpful, and professional. The pool and patio was very clean. And had great music playing through surround sound. Our room, mini fridge and bathroom was also very clean.

The water in the shower didn't get hot. It was barely warm.

Clean rooms and efficient check-in made it easy. Make sure to check if breakfast is included to save some cash.

What we liked most was that when we arrived at the lodging, the person who received us was very attentive, always willing to help us in everything. We told him that we were going to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After settling in and going out for a few laps, we returned to the hotel and what was our surprise when we arrived at the room? A tray with strawberries, blueberries, chocolate, cream and champagne to toast our 30th anniversary. Thank you very much for such a pleasant surprise!

Regarding breakfast: I didn't like that the breakfast was not buffet style and price. But, in general, breakfast was good, you could change the potatoes for fruit and bacon for turkey ham or sausages. you were given a choice between juice, tea or coffee and of course the scrambled eggs that are never missing. As for the room, I didn't like the location of the toilet paper basket in the bathroom.

We checked out the Gold Coast Railroad Museum and enjoyed a Halloween train ride. The staff was super friendly, and the location was perfect for grabbing food nearby. Rooms were clean and comfy. Just a heads-up, parking can be a bit pricey at $35 a night.

The lobby music was way too loud when we checked in. It definitely set the wrong tone for our stay.

The place was perfectly clean with amazingly efficient staff members. The double room was beautifully decorated and well-appointed with tv, so that guests had essentials. The setting was magnificent, right by restaurants, Bayfront Park area and the Metromover, downtown area / Bayside / cruise terminal and the Carnival Cruise port. We had a good time staying at this hotel❤😀

The staff was helpful every time, location is great, very central. I loved the fish tank in the lobby.

Breakfast options from the hot bar didn't taste good, keys didn't work a couple of times, I had some trouble with the internet connection in all my devices. There is no way to rent movies in the rooms.

Liked the location. Close enough to walk to places.

The door of the bathroom would not open and I was stuck in there for 10 minutes. My husband was in the room and tried to open it from that side while I was stuck inside the bathroom. It finally opened and for the remainder of our stay we did not close the door to the bathroom. We did notify the front desk and also when we checked out told them they needed to get the door looked at. Would not want someone else to get stuck.

But oh darling, those key cards required more swipes than my credit card at a designer store! And the fridge went on a power nap-who needs that kind of drama?
